Ingredients:
Chicken: 250gm(cut into medium pieces)
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
Chopped onion: 1 cup
Chopped green chilli: 2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1tsp
Black paper powder: 1 tsp
Corn flour: 1 tbsp.
Soya sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 4 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp.
Salt: as per taste
Oil: 1 cup
Method:
Marinade chicken pieces with all ingredients for one hour.
Heat oil in kadai. Fry onion till it turns golden.
Remove the fried onion from kadai.
Remove chicken pieces from the marinade & fry till they turn brown.
Add the marinade, onion & chopped chillies.
Cook till it becomes dry.
Serve it hot.
Ingredients:
Betki filets: 4-6(2 inches
each)
Ginger-garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic: 1 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
Orange pulp: 1/2 cup
Orange juice: 1 cup
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Mayonnaise(optional): 1tbsp
Melted butter: 1/2 cup
Method
of orange sauce preparation:
Heat a nonstick pan.
Add 1/2 tsp of butter.
Take the corn flour in a bowl & make a thin paste with water.
Add orange juice & pulp to pan.
Stir it well.
Mix it with 1 pinch of salt(or as per taste) & 2 tbsp of sugar.
When it starts boiling,add the cornflour paste.
When the it starts to thicken,remove the pan from flame.
Now,the orange sauce is ready.
Method to cook the dish:
Clean the filets & rub with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste,2
tsp of melted butter & keep for 10 mins.
Bake the filets at high mode in oven for 5 mins.
Remove them from oven.
Heat the remaining butter in a nonstick pan & add chopped garlic.
Fry till it turns golden.
Add the baked filets,black pepper powder & saute till they turn
to golden brown.
Remove the filets.
Coat the filets with mayonnaise.
Pour the orange sauce over the filets.
Serve it hot.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast: 2 pieces (200gm each)
Soya sauce: 1tsp
Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Red Paprika Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1/4 tsp
Basil: 1/2 tsp
Thyme: 1/2 tsp
Dry Mint: 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes: 1/2 tsp
Method:
1.Clean the chicken pieces.
2.Make a smooth paste of all spices & coat
the chicken pieces.
3.Keep it for 1 hour.
4.Take grill pan & heat the butter.
5.Add the marinated chicken pieces when butter
starts melting.
6.Cook each side of the chicken for 10 mins or
till it is done.
7.Serve with Mayonnaise & Finger chips.
Ingredients:
Milk: 3 cups
Condensed milk: 1 tin
Pista (Coarsely ground) : 1/4 cup
Kesar: 1/4 tsp
Green cardamom powder: 1 pinch
Method:
Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
Pour the mix to the kulfi moulds.
Refridgerate for 6 hours.
Serve it.
